MISSION

Implement pilot plan for analysis setup time of order , load vehicles, and developing reporting news report customer to product delivery . Develop performance indicators for monitoring and establishment of corrective actions and process improvements developed by dealer service departments and offices store

Alexander Gutiérrez as Operations
Manager are: To be the immediate support of the
General Management and its importance lies in
control in all production processes of the company, maintains and manages all
material, financial, physical, personnel resources within the organization generates aimed at a

meetings of the various areas of the company such as
sales, accounting,
marketing, auditing, logistics or production,
